December is here at last!!!

I LOVE December. It's probably my favorite month out of the 12. 

I really don't like the cold from October-November, but during December I love it simply because that means Christmas! 

What a wonderful holiday. Not only for friends and family to come together (mine come in 2 weeks and I am giddy thinking of it) but it is also a time where we celebrate the Savior and his birth and life. That is my favorite. 

I also love decorating!! I'm so grateful for my parents for having that be a tradition in our home! This year I got to help my in-laws with their festivities!   

I loved it and it made me so happy to see all the beautiful lights! 

GET THIS: Brantley and I were not planning on purchasing a tree this year. Broke our hearts. But his awesome mother dug up a tree for us in her basement! I will tell you I have never had more fun than decorating that tree with all my husbands childhood ornaments. I loved it.
