Wishing

I think I am not the first one to say this, but there are so many things I wish I could be

For example: A better cook with amazing hair that can run 20 miles straight who has a perfectly clean  pinterest home with beautiful decor pillows who also is the best nanny and never gets frustrated with herself or her husband who loves everyone unconditionally and also has a blog that inspires and uplifts others and makes God proud.

"wish" counts:13.

I find myself "wishing" for something that I don't have or am not perfect at everyday.

Its so difficult to want to be something and realize that that is just not going to happen right at the second you want it to.
Realizing that who you want to be is not who you are can be a mini tragedy that happens over and over...
But it doesn't have to.

Life is all about learning and growing and being. Wishing to wake up one day with all the traits you want is just not realistic.

The reason this life is here is so that we can get better, every day, at the things that matter most to us. We can also discover what those things are along the way.


The only way to be truly happy in this life is to stop wishing, start accepting, and begin living a life that you understand will grow and change and ultimately love.
